By accessing or using the Aviz Healthcare® Platform (website, mobile apps, and services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Aviz Healthcare is a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, and ambulance services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare services are delivered by independent, verified providers.
Our emergency SOS service is a dispatch coordination tool. It does not replace calling local emergency services (108/112 in India). In life-threatening situations, always call 108 first.
Emergency response times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather conditions, and ambulance availability.
Aviz Healthcare acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting users with independent healthcare providers. We are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of medical services delivered by partner providers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Aviz Healthcare is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 2(w)) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We act as a technology platform connecting users with independent healthcare providers.
As an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, we do not exercise control over the medical services provided by our partner providers. All medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment are provided by independently licensed practitioners and healthcare facilities.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Aviz Healthcare Platform are owned by Aviz Home Healthcare Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for users who violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our Platform, partners, or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mehsana, Gujarat.
If you believe any content on the Aviz Healthcare Platform violates applicable law, your intellectual property rights, or the terms set out herein, you may report it to our designated officer for grievance redressal.
Upon receipt of a valid takedown request, we will review and remove or disable access to the allegedly violative content within 24 hours for unlawful content as per the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021, and inform the person who posted the content of the action taken.
